Screw on, transparent lid with 3 position spin closure - sip through, straw hole and closed. 12" transparent straw included. EVA foam pad bottom. 10.5" tall. One color imprint included. Multi color decal or laser engraving is an additional charge. Recommend hand wash only for imprint longevity. Complies with Prop 65. 4" W x 10.5" H
